According to the information available at the Competition Authority, the hyper-casual games of Turkish mobile games company Good Job Games are being acquired by AI Games FZ, a company owned by Azur Games based in Cyprus. The financial details of the acquisition are currently unclear.

Last year, Good Job Games’ Zen Match game was sold to Moon Active. Good Job Games emerged as a venture focused on hyper-casual and casual puzzle games and was founded in Istanbul in 2017. They have developed games for both iOS and Android platforms, with over 30 games in their portfolio with some over 100 million downloads.
AI Games FZ, on the other hand, operates as a developer of mobile-based multi-genre casual games. Some of the games developed by the company include Stack Ball, Wormszone.io, Axes.io, and Bike Hop. Azur Games, founded in 2017 by Artem Nikolayev and Dmitry Yaminsky, is an international mobile game developer and publisher, according to Crunchbase data.
