Gümüştaş brings nearly four years of hands-on venture capital experience to Arcadia Gaming Partners, with a career spanning asset management, early-stage investing, and founder support across Türkiye and Eastern Europe.
During her early-stage VC years, Gümüştaş worked with İstanbul Portföy Yönetimi, Türkiye’s largest independent, locally funded asset manager with more than $3.8 billion in assets under management.
In mid-2022, Gümüştaş transitioned into early-stage venture capital, taking on associate roles across multiple funds operating under a shared platform structure. At Logo Ventures, twozero Ventures, and TechOne Venture Capital, she focused on backing founders from pre-seed to Series A stages.
Her investment exposure during this period included companies such as Figopara, Getmobil, Brandefense, Evercopy, Mediazone, BluTV, Bunch, Ollang, Eloquent AI, Kamion, Vectroid, Polymet, Wasp, Replenit, and Wamo, reflecting a strong emphasis on scalable technology businesses.
Between 2022 and early 2026, Gümüştaş also served as an Investor at Metis Ventures, where she worked on early-stage investments across Türkiye and Eastern Europe. Notably, she sourced and led the fund’s first two investments, Ecotwin and Wonder Games, overseeing the end-to-end investment process.
After almost four years at Metis Ventures and İstanbul Portföy Yönetimi, I am closing this chapter.

The past few years were intense, demanding, and deeply formative. Working closely with some of the most talented and high-potential founders and investors from around the world, and leading investment processes end to end, gave me a hands-on view of how this work is truly done. Day by day, my appreciation for the craft of investing grew through practice.

Alongside her investing roles, Gümüştaş has remained active in the broader entrepreneurship ecosystem. She is an alumna of the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation, a selective program that supports youth entrepreneurship by admitting 40 participants annually from a pool of over 140,000 applicants.
In early 2026, she took on the role of Chief of Staff at Daedalus Global, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) established to pursue mergers, acquisitions, and business combinations, further broadening her exposure to strategic transactions and corporate structuring.
Her move to Arcadia Gaming Partners marks a clear shift toward a focused gaming investment thesis. As Principal, Gümüştaş is already involved in a portfolio that includes Loom Games, TaleMonster Games, Sett AI, Good Job Games, alongside more than a dozen additional investments.
