This October, EalingGoGlobal will bring a group of around 10–15 Chinese gaming founders and senior decision-makers to Istanbul around Mobidictum Conference 2026.
EalingGoGlobal is a China-based gaming industry platform connecting Chinese developers, publishers and founders with the global games ecosystem. Its work spans industry content, cross-border business development and curated connections between decision-makers across different gaming markets.
Most of the companies in the group are already building and publishing games globally, with a strong concentration in Puzzle, Merge, Casual, Idle, Simulation and hybrid-monetized games. Several are already operating at meaningful scale across North America, Europe and other international markets, with products reaching millions of players globally.
The idea behind the trip is fairly straightforward: bring a small group of experienced Chinese operators to Türkiye, put them in the same room with local founders and operators, and see where there is genuinely something worth building.
Organizer of the delegation, Ealing Ng, founder of EalingGoGlobal, said:
“I’m not trying to fill every hour of the week. I’d rather arrange five useful meetings than fifteen company visits that don’t really go anywhere.”
Chinese founders already building at global scale
The group is made up primarily of founders, CEOs and senior operators who are directly involved in product, publishing and global growth decisions.
The current delegation includes several companies that will already be familiar to people working in mobile games.
One representative comes from an established China-based company specializing in female-focused casual games, with extensive global operating experience. The team has spent years building for international markets, with particular strengths in product design, long-term LiveOps and sustainable IAP monetization.
- Fancy Studio is a 100–150 person mobile gaming team behind Traffic Buster: Parking Escape, which currently reaches around 500,000 daily active users. The team brings hands-on experience in building and scaling casual games for global audiences.
- Smallstep is a China-based developer and publisher focused on Puzzle and Casual games, with more than 100 million downloads worldwide. Its portfolio includes Brain Puzzle and Block Puzzle, reflecting the team’s experience in building and operating casual titles at global scale.
- KingBoat is a 50-person mobile game studio specializing in Card and Casual games. Its portfolio includes Word Jam and Idol Empire, backed by experience in developing, operating and scaling games across global markets.
- Star Order Labs is a China-based mobile game studio with deep expertise in Merge-2 and a strong track record in product development. The team has built a sophisticated understanding of the category, from core gameplay and progression to content and LiveOps, with extensive hands-on experience developing and operating Merge games for global markets.
- The group also includes founders and senior decision-makers from NutsPower, Infiniplay-Game and PomeloFun, bringing additional experience across Puzzle, Solitaire, Merge, Idle and other Casual categories.
That mix matters because many of the conversations in Istanbul are expected to be practical. These are teams that spend their day thinking about creative performance, retention, LTV, monetization and how to scale games across different markets.
For Turkish founders, that makes the delegation interesting for reasons that go well beyond China market access. These are peers facing many of the same questions around product, growth and global scale — but often solving them in a very different ecosystem.
Why Türkiye?
Türkiye has built one of the most recognizable mobile gaming ecosystems in the world, particularly in Casual, Puzzle and Hybrid Casual.
For Chinese founders, there is genuine curiosity around how Turkish studios operate: how small teams test products, how quickly they make decisions, how they approach creative and UA, and how some of those teams grow from early-stage studios into global businesses.
There is also interest in the broader ecosystem around those companies — from gaming investment and financing to M&A, D2C and the infrastructure supporting global growth.
During the trip, the delegation is expected to meet Turkish founders, gaming investors, financing partners and other gaming industry operators.
The week will be built around Mobidictum Conference and its side events, together with smaller studio visits, private dinners and founder meetings.
The point is not to “study Türkiye”, and there is no expectation that every meeting needs to lead to a deal. It is to put experienced operators from two different gaming ecosystems in the same room, compare notes, and see where there is genuinely something worth continuing.
What could come out of the meetings?
There is no single business agenda for the week.
For some founders, the most useful conversation may simply be comparing how Chinese and Turkish teams approach product testing, UA, creative, LiveOps, hybrid monetization and global scaling.
Others may find more concrete areas to explore — including global publishing partnerships, bringing international games into China, strategic investment, M&A, UA financing or product collaboration.
Some companies within EalingGoGlobal’s wider China network are actively looking at overseas Casual and Puzzle products, including opportunities to bring international games into China. For the right studio, that can open conversations around product fit, localization, publishing and monetization.
Ealing said:
“There doesn’t need to be a deal in every meeting. Sometimes the most useful outcome is simply meeting another founder who is solving the same problem in a completely different way.”
For studios interested in China, the delegation can also offer a more direct view into how Chinese companies assess products and partnerships.
China is still a market that can be difficult to read from the outside. Having a founder or publishing executive sitting across the table is often more useful than another market report.
Who the delegation would like to meet
The group is especially interested in conversations with Casual, Puzzle, Merge and Hybrid Casual studios, as well as publishers, experienced founders, gaming investors and companies working around growth, monetization, D2C, payments or financing.
The fit does not have to be perfectly obvious on paper.
A Turkish studio may be interested in China publishing. A Chinese founder may want to understand a Turkish team’s approach to product testing. An investor may want to explore China–Türkiye deal flow. A publisher may simply want to meet a group of founders already operating at scale in overseas markets.
Those are exactly the kinds of conversations the delegation is designed to create.
Meet the delegation in Istanbul
The EalingGoGlobal China CEO Delegation will be in Istanbul around October 6–14, with Mobidictum Conference on October 7–8 serving as the central meeting point of the trip.
Turkish and international founders, publishers, investors and ecosystem partners will have the opportunity to meet Ealing Ng, founder of EalingGoGlobal, and members of the Chinese CEO delegation directly at Mobidictum Conference.
Those who see a potential fit are encouraged to connect with Ealing during the event and explore possible conversations with the delegation.
