Hardal raises $1.55 million in funding led by Simya VC

Turkish data infrastructure platform Hardal has raised $1.55 million in a funding round led by Simya VC, with participation from Invest101, Maxis Ventures, and Sharks and Partners.

Founded in 2023 by Barış Gürbüzler and Berkay Demirbaş, the company develops a data infrastructure platform that enables companies to collect, standardize, and manage web, mobile, CRM, and marketing data through a single system. The platform also securely transfers this data to analytics and advertising tools while making digital interactions, including AI agent activities, measurable and visible.

The company plans to use the new investment to accelerate its global expansion, grow its team, and strengthen its artificial intelligence infrastructure.

Hardal Co-founder and CEO Barış Gürbüzler said:

“We developed Hardal as a solution to the data loss and measurement challenges we faced in web, iOS, and Android applications. We believe that data infrastructure is now critical not only for analytics but also for powering artificial intelligence systems. For companies, controlling their own data is no longer a choice but a strategic necessity. Hardal delivers exactly that. It is incredibly valuable to us that the investors joining us in this round are partnering not just with an idea, but with a growing product. We believe our investors’ experience will play a significant role in our journey toward global expansion.”

Selma Bahçıvanoğlu, Managing Partner at Simya VC, said:

“The ability of companies to collect, enrich, and use their data in a controlled manner is becoming increasingly critical for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. For this reason, we view infrastructure startups at the intersection of data ownership, privacy, and artificial intelligence as one of the most important technology areas in the coming period. Hardal’s experienced founding team ensures the platform’s technical and commercial strength. We are fully confident that Hardal will become a key infrastructure player in data transformation.
