Tencent is leading the overall and App Store revenue list with Honor of Kings. The game made over $193 million in user spending, which is 50.4 percent growth from June 2019. Tencent’s PUBG Mobile ranked second for the most grossing mobile games for June list with over $168 million. About 53 percent of PUBG Mobile’s revenue was from China where it called Game For Peace. Mixi’s Monster Strike ranks third and it is followed by Roblox and Niantic’s Pokemon GO. Supercell’s Brawl Stars has climbed the charts again and ranked six after its launch in China. In its first week, it generated $17.5 million while total revenue in June 2020 was $84. It’s worth mentioning that the game got 9.7 new million installs and was on the App Store’s top download charts in June. Lilith Games’ Rise of Kingdoms also climbed the list in June and ranked eighth. The game generated $78 million in user spending and June 2020 is its best month yet in terms of revenue, just like Brawl Stars. The recent rise in revenue has been helped by record 2020 spending for the U.S. market and surging sales in Japan where the game launched in December 2019.
