Maximum Entertainment makes significant management changes

Maximum Entertainment makes multiple C-level appointments effective immediately, including appointing Deborah Bellangé as New CFO and Executive Management Changes.

Maximum Entertainment is a global entertainment company specializing in creating high-quality video game experiences. They cover various aspects of the game industry, including development, publishing, transmedia, sales, and operations. With an extensive catalog of over 300 titles, Maximum Entertainment has established partnerships with top creators and franchises worldwide to bring immersive gaming experiences to players. 

The company has appointed Deborah Bellangé as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Management Team, effective immediately. Thierry Bonnefoi, the previous Interim CFO, will transition into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role while maintaining his position within the Executive Management Team.

Deborah Bellangé brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience in the International Media, Entertainment, and Technology sectors. Previously, she served as the CFO of Focus Home Interactive, now known as Focus Entertainment. Most recently, Bellangé served as the CFO of the IT services company Groupe Exaprobe.

Thierry Bonnefoi, who has been fulfilling the role of Interim CFO since February of this year, will now assume the position of Chief Operating Officer. In his new capacity, he will oversee the company’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, legal matters, and business intelligence. Thierry will continue to be a member of the Executive Management Team.

Deborah Bellangé expressed her enthusiasm about returning to the game industry and joining Maximum Entertainment. With Deborah Bellangé’s appointment as CFO and Thierry Bonnefoi’s realignment as COO, Maximum Entertainment aims to leverage its expertise and strategic vision to propel the company’s growth and enhance its position in the market.

Following this announcement, the Executive Management Team of Maximum Entertainment will consist of Christina Seelye, CEO; Deborah Bellangé, CFO; Thierry Bonnefoi, COO; Ludvig Lindberg, Deputy CEO & Chief of Staff.
