The company has appointed Deborah Bellangé as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Management Team, effective immediately. Thierry Bonnefoi, the previous Interim CFO, will transition into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role while maintaining his position within the Executive Management Team.
Deborah Bellangé brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience in the International Media, Entertainment, and Technology sectors. Previously, she served as the CFO of Focus Home Interactive, now known as Focus Entertainment. Most recently, Bellangé served as the CFO of the IT services company Groupe Exaprobe.
Thierry Bonnefoi, who has been fulfilling the role of Interim CFO since February of this year, will now assume the position of Chief Operating Officer. In his new capacity, he will oversee the company’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, legal matters, and business intelligence. Thierry will continue to be a member of the Executive Management Team.
