As a founder himself, Pandey successfully negotiated and oversaw the sale of his startup, 4 LOUNGE, to a prominent events management company for a staggering amount of over $50 million just three years after its inception. Furthermore, Pandey has also made strategic investments in various startups across Europe and Asia, resulting in multiple acquisitions.
