Indie publisher and distributor Meridiem Games, in collaboration with developer ChaoticBrain Studios, has unveiled the first trailer for their upcoming dark JRPG/Graphic Adventure title, Neon Blood.

Set to launch on PC via Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch digital stores later in 2024, Neon Blood combines elements of JRPG and Graphic Adventure genres, featuring a unique 2.5D aesthetic. The game leverages 2D PixelArt sprites within 3D-modeled environments to create an immersive player experience.

Titled Welcome to Viridis, the first trailer offers a glimpse into the gameplay mechanics of Neon Blood, showcasing several visually stunning scenes animated by the talented team at Sunshine. Renowned for their contributions to various significant titles in the industry, Sunshine’s expertise adds depth and allure to the game’s visuals.

Neon Blood is already available for wishlist additions on PC and PlayStation platforms, with Xbox and Nintendo Switch listings expected to go live soon.

Additionally, Neon Blood is slated to be featured in the Chinese New Year Steam Sale, thanks to Astrolabe, a publisher with a strong presence in Asia and America. Astrolabe previously collaborated with Meridiem Games for the release of The Many Pieces of Mr. Coo.
