Flexion partners with NetEase Games to launch Vikingard on alternative app stores. The move is expected to boost revenue for Vikingard and attract new players with a minimal upfront cost.

Flexion, a games marketing company listed on Nasdaq has announced that it has secured a deal with NetEase Games, one of the world’s top five video game companies in terms of revenue, to publish the developer’s popular game Vikingard on alternative app stores. Flexion launched Vikingard on several app stores, including Huawei’s AppGallery, Amazon Appstore, Samsung Galaxy Store, and ONE store, in March 2023.

Jens Lauritzson, CEO of Flexion, expressed his excitement at the new partnership, stating:

“NetEase Games is one of the world’s top developers, so we’re delighted they chose to work with Flexion. We’ll start immediately with growing Vikingard’s revenue and audience on the alternative app stores with our tried and tested distribution services. We look forward to growing our partnership with NetEase.”

Flexion’s distribution services are expected to boost Vikingard’s revenue and attract new players from the alternative app stores with minimal upfront cost or effort required from the developer. On average, Flexion adds 10% to the revenue generated by a game on Google Play by expanding its distribution to alternative app stores.

Vikingard is a popular casual simulation RPG mobile game that enables players to cultivate crops, administer trials, and engage in battles with warriors in pursuit of glory for their kingdom and alliances.
