Pragma, a suite of modern publishing tools for game studios, including FirstLook, announced the addition of two senior industry leaders, Eugene Evans and Michael Borras, to its Advisory Board. Their appointments further strengthen Pragma’s strategic depth as the company continues to scale its platform and support game studios globally.
Eugene Evans brings more than three decades of experience as a game industry executive, entrepreneur, board member, advisor, and investor. His career spans leadership roles at Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Electronic Arts, Mythic Entertainment, and Viacom, alongside extensive advisory work. His expertise in partnerships, digital strategy, licensing, and his experience helping studios scale will support Pragma’s growth.
Michael Borras, Head of Global Business Development at Bitwise Alchemy, joins with 20+ years of development, publishing, and platform experience. Michael previously founded and led multiple game studios, including Rare Earth Games (acquired by Embracer) and Iron Mountain Interactive. With a background spanning AAA collaborations, self-publishing, and developer relations, Michael brings valuable operational and strategic insight to Pragma’s growth journey.
