Following his investment, Zacconi has also joined Layer’s Board of Directors, further strengthening his involvement in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
Layer, which recently closed a $6.5 million seed round led by Arcadia and including an investment from Zacconi, is developing a multi‑modal creative platform powered by generative AI. They aim to enable game studios with professional‑grade tools for asset creation across 2D, 3D, video, and audio—while ensuring intuitive control and scalability, especially for enterprise users
