Technicolor Games welcomes Paul Houlders as the new Vice President (VP) and Global Head of Art to strengthen its position in the game industry. Reporting directly to the President of the Games division, Andy Emery, Houlders will divide his time between London and Bangalore.

Paul Houlders steps into a crucial role where he will serve as a mentor and leader for Technicolor Games’ global creative team. His responsibilities include close coordination with the senior leadership team to contribute to expanding and realizing the business’s vision.
With over 30 years of experience in art production and management, Paul Houlders is recognized as an industry veteran. His journey began as a lead artist at Sony Psygnosis, and he has since held multiple team management and senior Art Director positions globally for Electronic Arts, showcasing a wealth of strategic leadership and creative expertise.

In his most recent role as Studio Director for Sperasoft in Malta, Houlders oversaw the operational development of the studio, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality AAA titles for clients and partners. He is noted for his ability to foster creativity, productivity, and passion within the game industry, consistently exceeding client expectations.
