The funding round, led by Kültepe Yatırım and featuring prominent angel investors, reflects the growing recognition of Wide Game Studio’s potential in the game industry. The Kayseri-founded startup, founded by Ahmed Demirezen and Ramazan Mert Ural, embarked on its journey with a unique approach to VR game development.
The studio has been working extensively on creating notable projects such as Project: Pseudowar, along with applications like VR School and VR Meeting during the pandemic. The team’s persistent efforts led to the emergence of Project: Pseudowar. Additionally, the studio developed applications like VR School and VR Meeting, highlighting their versatility in creating diverse VR content.
This recent $1.2 million pre-seed investment is a significant milestone for Wide Game Studio. With the support of Kültepe Yatırım and angel investors, the team plans to launch HEX’O’CURA, a highly anticipated game that aims to make waves in the VR gaming world.
