InnoGames GmbH announced a significant change in its senior management: Chief Product Officer Christian Reshöft will be appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of InnoGames on October 1, 2025. Reshöft has been with the company since 2013 and has served as CPO for over five years.
Co-founder Hendrik Klindworth, who has managed the company’s operations for over 18 years, moves to the role of Chairman of the Board.
At the same time, Klindworth will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the newly created MTG Midcore District. In this role, he will drive the strategic development of the midcore segment, strengthen collaboration between the studios in the District, and launch efficient growth initiatives.
“After almost two decades at the helm, it is the right moment to hand over operational responsibility to Christian. He has played a decisive role in shaping InnoGames over many years and is the ideal person to lead the company into the future.
