Ten years in, Mobidictum defines what it has become: A “Games Industry Network”

After a decade of growth across media, events, and community, Mobidictum formalizes what it has become.

We are pleased to announce a formal repositioning that defines Mobidictum as a games industry network. The move reflects the company’s evolution over the past decade from a mobile games blog into a platform that connects studios, publishers, investors, and service providers across four continents.

Mobidictum was founded in 2015 as a blog to help indie developers promote their games. By 2020, it had transitioned into a B2B news outlet.

Online events followed in 2021, and in 2022, and we organized our first onsite conference. Since then, Mobidictum has expanded its event footprint to include mixers and summits across Europe, MENA, and Asia, with events held in locations ranging from Lisbon to Ho Chi Minh City.

Mobidictum operates across three pillars: media, events, and community. Information, gatherings, and engagement are planned together as a unified system, each reinforcing the other to create consistent value for the industry throughout the year.

Batuhan Avucan, Founder and Managing Director of Mobidictum, said:

“Since we moved to B2B, our biggest strength was the connections we made and our ability to bring people together. This is thanks to our understanding of businesses and making the right connections. Soon, there will be more companies joining under Mobidictum, where we can help the industry as a whole.”

Alongside this repositioning, Mobidictum signals the introduction of a venture model, where new companies can join under the Mobidictum umbrella and leverage its network, audience, and industry relationships to grow their business.

Mobidictum’s 2026 calendar reflects the network’s breadth. Confirmed events include Career in Games, Games & Apps İzmir Summit, AI & Mobile Summit, and mixers across Qatar, Vietnam, Germany, Portugal, and Türkiye, with additional events to be announced.
