Mobidictum Conference 2026 will take place on October 7–8 at Lütfi Kırdar in Istanbul, Türkiye, bringing together professionals from across the global games industry.
Alongside two days of meetings, sessions, expo activities and dedicated side events, three larger gatherings form the main event programme around the conference: the Executive Mixer, Main Party and Indie Award Show.
Each serves a different purpose, from executive-level networking before the conference begins to bringing the wider community together at the end of the second day.
As part of our Mobidictum Conference 2026 Explained series, here is what attendees need to know about all three.
Executive Mixer – October 6
The Executive Mixer will officially kick off the Mobidictum Conference 2026 experience one evening before the conference opens its doors.
Taking place on October 6 from 19:00 to 23:00 at Citylights Bar at InterContinental Istanbul, the event is exclusively available to Executive Pass holders and Mobidictum Conference 2026 speakers.
The mixer is designed as a more focused networking environment for senior industry professionals, executives and speakers to connect ahead of the two main conference days.
Rather than beginning conversations for the first time on a busy conference floor, attendees can use the evening to meet other participants, reconnect with existing contacts and start discussions before the main programme begins.
Who can attend the Executive Mixer?
Access to the Executive Mixer is limited to:
- Executive Pass holders
- Mobidictum Conference 2026 speakers
Executive Mixer access is one of the additional benefits included with the Executive Pass, alongside access to the Executive Lounge and lunch during the conference.
Main Party – October 7
After the first full day of Mobidictum Conference 2026, attendees will move from the conference floor to the Main Party.
The Main Party will take place on October 7 from 20:00 to 00:00 at Joker No:19. Access is exclusive to Conference Pass and Executive Pass holders.
While meetings and business discussions dominate much of the daytime programme, the Main Party provides a more informal environment for attendees to continue conversations and meet other members of the industry.
It also brings together attendees from different parts of the conference after a full day of sessions, meetings and expo activity.
Who can attend the Main Party?
Main Party access is included with:
- Conference Pass
- Executive Pass
- Mobidictum Conference 2026 speakers
Games Expo and Business Expo tickets do not include access to the Main Party.
Indie Award Show – October 8
The Indie Award Show will bring Mobidictum Conference 2026 to a close by putting the games and developers exhibiting at the event in the spotlight.
The ceremony will take place on the Main Stage on October 8 from 17:00 to 18:00 (subject to change) and will be open to all Mobidictum Conference 2026 ticket holders.
Unlike the Executive Mixer and Main Party, no higher-tier conference ticket is required to attend the Indie Award Show. Games Expo, Business Expo, Conference Pass and Executive Pass holders will all be able to join the ceremony.
The final portion of the Main Stage programme will be dedicated to participating indie games and the awards, giving developers the opportunity to showcase their work in front of the wider conference audience.
How will the Indie Awards work?
Games physically participating in the conference’s indie programme will be evaluated through both industry jury voting and attendee participation.
An industry jury will review participating games, while attendees will also be able to vote for their favourites through the Community Choice category. We also have more surprises that will be announced later.
The ceremony is designed to give the developers exhibiting throughout the two-day event a final moment on the Main Stage before Mobidictum Conference 2026 concludes.

Three events across three days
Together, the three main events extend the Mobidictum Conference 2026 programme beyond the standard two-day conference schedule.
The Executive Mixer on October 6 acts as the opening gathering for speakers and Executive Pass holders.
The Main Party on October 7 brings Conference Pass and Executive Pass attendees together after the first conference day.
Finally, the Indie Award Show on October 8 opens the closing celebration to every ticket category and concludes the event by highlighting the games and developers participating in the conference.
