Kirk Scott joins Pingle Studio

Pingle Studio, a global game development partner, announced the addition of industry veteran Kirk Scott, the former head of indie development on Switch at Nintendo of America, as their new Vice President of Publisher and Developer Relations.

With over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in video game development, publishing, and partnership spaces, Kirk Scott is an accomplished Business Development Executive. In his new position at Pingle Studio, he will offer consulting services to assist the company’s clients in achieving their strategic business goals. Kirk brings an extensive global network of game industry relationships, including developers, investors, publishers, innovators, thought leaders, and business partners. He has significantly contributed to successfully launching more than 45 game titles throughout his career.

Pingle Studio’s CEO, Dmytro Kovtun, expressed his excitement about Kirk joining the team and emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting their partners. The CEO highlighted their goal of expanding Pingle Studio’s offerings through new industry relationships. Co-CEO Kostyantyn Shepilov added that the recent hires would strengthen their commitment to excellence in porting, co-development, and full-cycle development, positioning Pingle Studio as a leader in the field.

Pingle Studio, originally founded in 2007 by a group of friends in Dnipro, Ukraine, initially assisted local developers in completing their video games. Over the years, the company has experienced tremendous growth and now boasts a team of over 400 employees across six offices in three countries. Their contributions have been instrumental in the development of more than 80 games. Pingle Studio has established partnerships with renowned companies in the game industry, including EA, Disney, Epic Games, Square Enix, and many others.
