Advertising is one of the sources of income for mobile games, both in-game and out-of-game. However, advertising also presents many challenges and opportunities.

I used to work at AdColony as Head of Growth and then joined Ludus. VC as Sr. Strategy&Growth Partner.  Potensus, is the trusted partner for monetization and advertising solutions in the mobile game industry. Our team of skilled professionals is committed to providing complete and efficient digital advertising solutions.

Can you tell us about the areas Potensus focuses on?

We are a digital marketing company specializing in providing monetization solutions for the mobile game industry.

What is the mission of Potensus, and how does it help mobile game developers to monetize their ad spaces?

We can help mobile game developers optimize their monetization strategies and maximize revenue by giving access to Google AdX demand and a network of DSPs, direct advertisers, and media agencies.

How do you leverage programmatic advertising to optimize the ad inventory of your clients and maximize their eCPMs and revenue?

We have an internal data tool and data team which help us to understand our advertisers’ behavior on a daily basis and share their eCPMs suggestions for each inventory format and country based to our growth team. Our growth team is looking at their publishers’ recent waterfall and choosing the right placements regarding our data team’s suggestions and the publishers’ waterfall to activate these new ad unit placements in the supply sources. Thanks to this working method, we always maximize our eCPMs and revenue.

What are your main challenges and opportunities as a digital marketing company in the mobile game industry?

The main challenges are market saturation, increase in UA costs, hard to achieve good retention rates, and ROAS. Though, there are always opportunities to overcome these challenges, such as trying new innovative ad types, testing the games in the growing markets, testing segmentation, and testing different metas and game economics.

How do you differentiate yourself from other monetization solutions providers in the market?

Potensus differentiated by giving pure and dedicated support to all of our publishers. We are having bi-weekly calls to discuss the performance and use dedicated Slack channels for daily operations.

How do you ensure transparency and trust with your clients and partners?

Our employees have been well-known and trusted people in gaming for a while, as we all worked at reputable ad networks, maps, or mobile gaming companies. Therefore, it is easy to understand our publishers’ needs and find the appropriate workaround together easily, and these help us to build trust in a short period of time. Potensus is a data-driven company, all of our publishers have their dashboards, and they can spontaneously track their data on the first day of working with us.

What are the short-term and long-term goals of Potensus?

The short-term goal is to become the Number 1 GAM Partner for our publisher revenue-wise. The long-term goal is to expand our demand platforms to enrich our publisher’s revenue using our trusted-owned products and services.

What do you think about Mobidictum Conference, and what are your expectations for this year’s conference?

Mobidictium is one of the biggest gaming events in Turkey, it had several successful events in the past, and they were quite useful for both mobile game developers and ad networks in terms of branding, sharing knowledge, and following recent and upcoming topics in the mobile gaming area. As Potensus, our expectations are branding, generating prospects, and networking for sure.
