Mobidictum has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Uzbekistan Creative Association, marking an important step toward supporting the development of the country’s growing gaming ecosystem.
The agreement was signed during GameFest 2026, a large-scale gaming and creative industries festival held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. Mobidictum founder Batuhan Avucan attended the event as a representative of Türkiye, joining a growing international network of ecosystem leaders and gaming professionals.
GameFest 2026 attracted more than 5,000 attendees, bringing together global speakers, government stakeholders, and ecosystem representatives from countries including Serbia, Mexico, Uruguay, and others. The event reflected Uzbekistan’s increasing ambition to establish itself as a serious player in gaming, esports, and digital creativity.

As part of the visit, Mobidictum officially signed an MoU with the Uzbekistan Creative Association, opening the door for future collaboration around ecosystem growth, events, international visibility, and knowledge exchange.
Batuhan Avucan expressed gratitude to Abduvali Khaydarov for the initiative and shared vision behind the partnership, emphasizing the importance of long-term collaboration in supporting emerging gaming ecosystems.
In addition to the agreement, Batuhan Avucan held a meeting with Deputy Minister Rustam Karimjonov to discuss Mobidictum’s potential activities in Uzbekistan and explore ways to further contribute to the development of the local gaming ecosystem.

Uzbekistan has established an ambitious roadmap to grow its gaming industry by 2030. Today, more than 75 gaming and technology companies operate in the country, many of which are based within IT Park Uzbekistan, a specialized technology zone that offers tax incentives and operational advantages to startups and international companies.

The country’s strategic approach, government involvement, and increasing international outreach suggest that Uzbekistan is positioning itself as one of Central Asia’s emerging technology and gaming hubs.
Reflecting on the visit, Batuhan Avucan commented:
“Uzbekistan is definitely on the map now. We are excited to support emerging gaming ecosystems and contribute to their growth. The country has clear ambition, government support, and strong momentum. We look forward to future collaborations that help strengthen the ecosystem.”
As Mobidictum continues expanding its presence in emerging markets, more initiatives and collaborations across the GCC and Central Asia are expected in the near future.
