New Blood Interactive pledges $100,000 USD to Make-a-Wish® International

New Blood Interactive, the independent game development co-operative and publishing house behind titles including DUSK, ULTRAKILL, FAITH: The Unholy Trinity, Fallen Aces and Gloomwood, announced a $100,000 USD ($180,000 NZD) donation to Make-A-Wish® International following the studio’s anniversary fundraising initiative.

The contribution was raised through New Blood Interactive’s 12 Year Anniversary Sale, which ran from February 23rd to March 2nd, 2026, with 10% of proceeds from games and merchandise supporting Make-A-Wish International’s mission to grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses around the world.

April Stallings, Charitable Gaming Manager at Make-A-Wish International, commented:

“This whole initiative begins and ends with New Blood’s desire to give back. The event was a masterclass in community engagement and harnessing the enthusiasm of passionate fans into joy and impact for our wish children. Gaming continues to change lives because of moments like this and the stories of our children that will be told because of it. We are proud of our partnership with New Blood and look forward to the future!”

The anniversary sale featured a range of New Blood Interactive’s acclaimed titles, including genre-defining retro FPS experiences, stealth games and cult horror releases that have helped establish the studio as one of indie gaming’s most distinctive publishers since its founding in 2014.

Dave Oshry, CEO of New Blood Interactive, added:

“Thank you to all of our players who participated in the New Blood anniversary sale this year for allowing us to make this incredible contribution to Make-A-Wish International. Without you none of this would be possible. And as for our relationship with Make-A-Wish? THIS is only the beginning.”

Dave Oshry, CEO of New Blood Interactive

The initiative reflects the growing role gaming communities play in charitable fundraising, with developers and players increasingly coming together to support causes beyond the games themselves.

Make-A-Wish International’s games industry focused program ‘Infinite Wishes’ is open to any company who would like to support granting wishes around the world. ‘New Blood’s donation is the largest donation the program has received since it began last year, and something to celebrate.
