Sinan Akkol, Co-Founder of GameDev.ist, one of Turkiye’s biggest PC & Console publishing firms has shared a recent study and analyzed Turkiye’s expanding PC and console gaming market, revealing that a total of 90 new games were released in 2024.
This analysis excludes demo versions, prologues, and games that had previously launched in Early Access.
The study provides a breakdown of the revenue performance of these games:
- 34 games earned less than $500
- 9 games earned between $500 and $1,000
- 16 games earned between $1,000 and $10,000
- 10 games earned between $10,000 and $100,000
- 9 games earned between $100,000 and $500,000
- 5 games earned between $500,000 and $1 million
- 2 games earned between $1 million and $10 million
- 2 games earned over $10 million
According to Gamalytic‘s data, the 2 games that passed over $10 million are Supermarket Simulator from Nokta Games and Liar’s Bar from Curve Animation.
Fast Food Simulator, developed by No Ceiling Games, follows these games with an estimated gross revenue between $2.4m – $7.3m.
New Cycle, developed by Core Engage, has an estimated gross revenue between $1.8m and $3.6 m.
Finally, Anomaly Agent, developed by Phew Phew Games has an estimated gross revenue between $235.6k – $749.2k.
Turkiye’s PC and Console Game Market Surpasses $75 Million
A key question raised in the study’s discussion was the total market revenue for Turkiye’s PC and console games in 2024. Commenting on a question by industry professional Meriç Eryürek, Sinan Akkol clarified that the net revenue from newly released games in 2024 alone had surpassed $75 million.
“This is only for the 2024 releases. When we factor in previously released games that continue to generate significant revenue, the total market size increases significantly.”

Future Plans and Industry Growth
GameDev.ist has announced plans to conduct similar studies for previous years, specifically for 2023. This would provide a more comprehensive picture of Turkiye’s game industry growth over time.
Sinan Akkol remains optimistic about the future:
“As the number of games we produce increases, so does their quality and depth. We expect even greater successes in 2025 and especially in 2026!”
