Sweden-based diversity investment fund WINGS has announced the return of the ELEVATE Game Accelerator for 2023. The program will focus on mobile games delivered by Code Coven and sponsored by Netflix.

The WINGS ELEVATE Game Accelerator program is a 4-month global online accelerator that provides ten teams of marginalized gender developers with the opportunity to progress a game prototype to a pitch-ready state. This year the program is focused on mobile games.
“We believe the most inspiring and successful games of tomorrow will come from teams with great diversity, and by creating opportunities like ELEVATE, we can help bring their voices to the market,” said Eliana Oikawa, COO of WINGS.

WINGS ELEVATE 2023 will run from Monday, 28th August, to Friday, 15th December 2023. Women and other marginalized gender developers working on a mobile game can apply on the WINGS website by Friday, 28th April, to be considered for the program.
