Anybrain, the innovative AI anti-cheat solution implemented into 150+ games across AAA, AA, and Indie, announced the promotion of Anh-Vu Nguyen to Chief Operating Officer and the appointment of Jayant Uppal as Strategic Growth Operator.
Cheating poses a major commercial impact on the global games industry, resulting in player churn and reduced player spending.
Founded in 2015, AnyBrain’s anti-cheat technology serves to mitigate this impact for game studios by providing anti-cheat tools that identify abnormal player behaviour with the use of patent-protected technology. By analysing abnormal joystick movements, touch inputs, and the use of external hardware, AnyBrain removes cheaters from games to improve the player experience and reduce churn.
To support the Anybrain’s upward business trajectory, the company has made two new appointments to strengthen its operational and content strategy. With these hires, Anybrain will continue providing games studios with its anti-cheat tech already used in major online shooters, sports games, MOBAs, and fighting games across all major gaming platforms.
Anh-Vu Nguyen, who served as the company’s Chief Growth Officer from 2020 to 2026, has been instrumental in Anybrain’s expansion. A seasoned technology leader with over a decade of experience, Nguyen previously co-founded and led operations at the advertising technology firm Fidzup in Paris and San Francisco. In his new role as COO, he will oversee day-to-day operations, internal processes, and team growth as the company continues its international scale-up.

Joining the team alongside Nguyen is Jayant Uppal, who brings over nine years of experience in digital strategy. Tasked with shaping Anybrain’s global voice, Uppal will work closely with leadership and engineering teams to communicate the company’s mission and help developers navigate the complexities of AI-driven anti-cheat technology.
