After its cancellation due to coronavirus like most of the year’s events. We got the scheduled talks as a virtual conference back in mid-March. However, Game Developers Conference is coming back this August in San Francisco. Registrations are now open, you can register to GDC Summer event by clicking here. Right now there’s two different tickets, the first is “Conference Pass” and the second is “Expo Pass”.
GDC Summer event will start on the 4th of August till the 6th
According to a post on the official Game Developers Conference website, GDC Summer event will take place on August 6th through 6th. Hosted in Moscone Center, this special GDC event will feature innovative sessions and roundtables alongside high-quality technical talks. Furthermore, there’s going to be a new series of micro talks and topics such as “how to pitch your game, effective communication and business development strategies, and how to land publishers and investors”. On August 5th and 6th, many industry’s leading companies will join the dynamic show floor.
Of course, no one can predict what’s going to happen in the next few months. Therefore, GDC Summer organizers will monitor the situation closely. In case a change accrues to the plans, registrants can request a full refund (minus only credit card processing fees). In the post, the team said the following:

Will it be held?
