Dream Games, the creators of the global hit Royal Match, have released its second game, Royal Kingdom, globally on iOS and Android platforms.
Royal Kingdom brings fresh mechanics, engaging narratives, and a magical twist on the familiar match-3 formula that fans of Royal Match have come to adore.
Royal Kingdom takes a broader approach in its narrative, exploring an entire magical realm instead of one single Kingdom like Royal Match.
Players join King Richard and his family on a journey across diverse enchanted lands, solving puzzles and battling the challenges imposed by the Dark King. The focus on family dynamics and overcoming an overarching villain sets Royal Kingdom apart with more robust and immersive storytelling.
Gameplay Enhancements in Royal Kingdom
Both games revolve around match-3 mechanics, but Royal Kingdom adds several gameplay innovations:
- Expanded World Building: The addition of multiple kingdoms with distinct visual styles provides a sense of progression and exploration absent from the more centralized setting of Royal Match.
- Strategic Power-Ups: The new game offers unique power-ups tailored to the magical theme, enhancing strategic planning.
- Dynamic Objectives: Levels in Royal Kingdom present more varied challenges, such as multi-step puzzles and themed objectives, pushing players to think creatively.
Like its predecessor, Royal Kingdom includes social and competitive elements, allowing players to team up, share lives, and compete on leaderboards. However, the new game introduces seasonal events and kingdom-wide challenges, adding layers of community-driven engagement.
