South Korean mobile video game company Netmarble announced its anime-inspired turn-based RPG game The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross has reached 50 million downloads. To celebrate this achievement, Netmarble organized an event called The 50 Million DL Celebration Festival, offering players new rewards to claim.

Netmarble launched The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross for iOS and Android devices in June 2019 in Japan and Korea, and in the rest of the world in March 2020. It passed the 30 million downloads threshold in April 2021.
During The 50 Million DL Celebration Festival, which will last 28 days players can check in to get new rewards, a new hero named Mage of Infinity Merlin, and a brand-new content, Chapter 24.5 will be available to players.
The Seven Deadly Sins social media has also shared wallpapers of the new hero to celebrate the milestone.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross is available on Google Play and App Store. It also has a PC client, currently in Beta.
