Mobidictum is expanding its footprint in Asia, starting with Vietnam, one of the fastest-rising mobile game production hubs in the world.

With studios such as iKame, VNGGames, Falcon, and Amanotes gaining international visibility, Vietnam is increasingly seen as a serious contender in the global hybrid casual race, often mentioned in the same conversation as Türkiye.

While Vietnam’s games market is still under the radar for many international stakeholders, performance signals from top charts and global publisher interest suggest the country’s momentum is accelerating.

The growing attention is also reflected in recent strategic moves by major Korean companies in the region. In late 2025, NCSOFT acquired a majority stake in Singapore-based Indygo Group, the parent company of Vietnam-based casual and puzzle game developer Lihuhu, positioning Vietnam as a more visible development anchor for large international players.

Mobidictum Mixer lands in Ho Chi Minh City to connect Vietnam’s games industry

To take a closer look at this momentum and build direct connections with local teams, Mobidictum will bring its popular Mixer Series to Ho Chi Minh City on the 18th of March, gathering Vietnam’s studios, founders, and operators for a high signal networking evening.

The event is designed to connect local studios with international publishers, investors, and ecosystem partners that are actively exploring Vietnam as the next major territory in mobile games.

“I visited Vietnam in the summer of 2025, and I was fascinated by the founders’ mindset. They just want to build great companies and be proud. The investment game is still not there. Many are bootstrapped from day one.

It puts a different perspective on what it means to build. We were happy to welcome guests from Vietnam at our Mobidictum Conference 2025, and we hope to have many more.”

This edition is sponsored by Aghanim, a direct-to-consumer commerce platform for mobile games that combines commerce, payments, live operations automation, and web-based game hubs to help studios strengthen player relationships beyond app stores.

“We’re excited to partner with Mobidictum as they continue building meaningful bridges across regions within the global games industry.

Vietnam represents one of the most dynamic and fast-growing developer communities in the world. What stands out is not only the scale of the community, but its global ambition. Vietnamese teams are thinking globally from day one, and as the industry shifts toward more flexible distribution models, having direct-to-consumer infrastructure in place becomes a long-term strategic advantage.

At Aghanim, we believe the future of mobile gaming lies in empowering studios to strengthen player relationships and build resilient distribution infrastructure alongside existing platforms.

We’re looking forward to engaging directly with developers in the region and supporting their continued global expansion.”
