Exmox names Alejandro Spicker as Head of Human Resources

With 12 years of experience and proven expertise in transforming company cultures, Alejandro Spicker joins exmox GmbH to drive organizational success.

Exmox GmbH, a performance marketing agency specializing in user acquisition, announced it appointed Alejandro Spicker as its Head of Human Resources, effective January 15.

Spicker joins exmox GmbH with 12 years of experience and proven expertise in transforming company cultures, leading talent management initiatives, and aligning HR operations with business objectives.

In this role, Spicker will head the HR department and support exmox’s rapidly expanding workforce, which currently has around 70 employees. He will oversee all aspects of human resources including organizational development and culture transformation, and he will ensure exmox continues to promote DEI.

Alejandro Spicker’s previous experiences

Alejandro Spicker comes to exmox GmbH from bex Technologies GmbH, where he was VP of People and Culture. He worked on strategic team expansion and recruitment, performance management and employee engagement, cultural initiatives, and organizational development.
