Istanbul, Turkiye— June 2025 – Mavis Games, an Istanbul-based game studio founded in 2018, has raised $2 million in seed funding from Habby, the publisher behind global hits such as Archero and Survivor.io. This isn’t the first collaboration between the two studios. Mavis and Habby previously teamed up to deliver one of the most successful products in their category – laying the foundation for a deeper strategic alliance.
Known for blending player psychology with playful, intuitive mechanics, Mavis Games stands out with its commitment to long-term retention, high polish, and design innovation in the casual gaming space. The funding will be used to grow the Mavis team and strengthen both production and marketing as the studio works to launch its next generation of globally scalable titles.

As part of the deal, Stefan Wang, CEO of Habby, will join Mavis Games’ Board of Directors. “Mavis Games’ title Slidey enabled Habby to establish a strong presence in the highly competitive gaming market,” said Stefan Wang, CEO of Habby.
